Documentation
Layout places real pickup orders at almost any restaurant, cafe or coffee shop. You say what you want, in your own words, inside the assistant you already use. Layout finds the place, reads their live menu, builds the order, shows you the total, and pays for it once you say yes. Pickup only, and there is nothing for the restaurant to install.

Where things live
These pages explain how Layout works. Anything that is a policy, meaning refunds, charges, cancellations, or what we do when an order goes wrong, is published in the help center and only there. That is deliberate. A policy with two homes eventually has two answers, and money questions cannot have two answers.
So when a page here touches a policy, it links to the help center instead of restating it. If you find a place where we did not do that, tell us at contact@layout.link.
What Layout can do today
Layout is early and pickup only. It works inside Claude and Poke, in Layout's own iOS app, over text message, and in any other client we have turned on. The live list is at layout.link/connectors, and it is the list to trust: if an assistant is not on it, Layout is not in it yet, whatever else you may have read.
There is no delivery, no scheduling an order for later, no tip added on your behalf, no promo codes, and no signing in to your loyalty account. When those arrive, they will be on that page before they are anywhere else.
